I guess you could argue that Schottenheimer was close but then he f'd that up by canning him after one year.

DS doesn't have the chops to make football decisions. We're going to have to get lucky in that he'll hire the right guy at GM and give him all the power to make the football decisions.

If Danny does can Vinny, he'll get someone better in there.. hopefully.....
