Re: DeSean Jackson = Playmaker. Who is ours?
The Jets have had back to back 300 yard rushing games. Give JC Sanchez's O-line and he'd be getting the ball to his playmakers with greater regularity. Thomas Jones is a stud again, but it all starts with the O-line.

Re: DeSean Jackson = Playmaker. Who is ours?
So JC's overall record is all because of the OLINE? When gibbs was here our line was pretty good and yet he still sucked.. again if JC was that good then denver would have taken him over Orton.

Re: DeSean Jackson = Playmaker. Who is ours?
No one is defending JC you moron, we're just saying that this team issues go beyond him and replacing just him are not going to fix it. Your beloved Bradford with our current o-line will not work. We need to draft a stud o-lineman and a get a good FA guard or center. And then worry about the QB.

We can do both, we just need more picks.

Re: DeSean Jackson = Playmaker. Who is ours?
Agree we need a better O-Line and JC is not the QB I want anymore. He has no fire and toughness. As much as he got hit he should have been in his O-line ass for pass protecting him so poorly. JC still doesnt make quick decisions with the ball. It took sometime for me to see this but its clear now. Im not riding with JC anymore. He is the best QB on the roster we have and TC sucks.

Jake Long Levi Brown Ryan Clady Jeff Otah All very good first round pick ups for their teams...even Atlanta picked up Sam Baker the same year they picked up Ryan.

Re: DeSean Jackson = Playmaker. Who is ours?
Yea but they took Ryan first and then later in the rd they took their LT, also why can't we get a good lineman in FA?

We don't have two first rounders like Atlanta had.

Re: DeSean Jackson = Playmaker. Who is ours?
I admitted earlier tonight that my days as a JC apologist are over. He lost me on the checkdown when he had Moss for a pump and go TD. Casserly said as much in his film analysis that JC checks down far too often. That said, I don't see many successful QBs with shitty O-lines. Aaron Rogers is an exception, and he has had the benefit of 5 years in the same system, with stud playmakers in the passing game (Jennings, Driver, and newbie Jermichael Finley, etc.).
