im not sure what analyst or expert said it but he said the teams that make moves now (fire your coach, gm etc) are going to be first in line to hire the few good options avail for next year. right now, the DS and vinny cant really talk with the likes of gruden or shanahan while zorn is still our HC.

Hopefully Vinny is not talking to anyone since he will be next out the door.

And Snyder can talk to anyone as long as he keeps it on the down low. Formally interviewing someone would be different, though.
