We thought we were getting an offensive genius in Spurrier, but that really didn't work out.
The transition from College to the NFL isn't that easy. He isn't going to come in and dominate. So, I would hold my breath before I go out say he's a genius. That word gets thrown around so much now, that it makes me sick. |

Chow doesn't have to worry about anything but offense though. On top of that, he helped college quarterbacks like Steve Young, Jim McMahon, Ty Detmer, Phillip Rivers, Carson Palmer and Matt Lienart. I think he will have some sort of impact, but not much with Tennessee. I don't like the talent they have on the offensive side of the ball.
I think Norm Chow will do a fine job and he'll be in the NFL for a while. |
