I disagree Charlie Weiss couldn't work with Jay Cutler. The problem with the Bears is they have no wideouts. Weiss has already exspressed interest in going there. It's really a no brainer.

Shannahan here is a foregone conclusion. Too much money man! Why go anywhere else if you get 10 mil more here?
