Ironic. Guys we bring in for top dollar don't want to stay? And the other winning franchises won't spend freely as we've done. Players today are buying time for an abbreviated career if you ask me. But who's selling? If they claim they want to win, they'll have to play for 'less' money just as Tail Between the Legs Trotter did in his second stint with the Eagles. If they want to be the highest paid at their position, they can always down their current team's contract offer as a slap in the face and then sign with us. Is this what the NFL world go round?
