Matty - remember how no one wanted to blame Gibbs for playcalling? They said it was all on the players, because they didn't play hard enough! Benefit of the doubt only goes so far. He's had his chance to re-adjust to the game, I want to see how he handles next year. I haven't seen any of the great adaptations that he made back in his hayday.
