Even if you bring Bradford, you can't throw him to the fire right away, so what do you do? You need another QB period. And if that's going to happen, I'd rather start rebuilding the line with the draft. And no, Okung won't fix the line, but it's a damn good way to start building it up.

Okung won't make Rabach or Heyer above average players, but he'll solidify the biggest weakness, which would considerably improve the line.
