No, I'm not worried. More than anything we need to establish a team culture where people are paid what they are worth, rather than having overpaid "owner's pets." And this is the way to do it. Most of the FA guys who have signed with other teams are not worth their contracts. Good players, yes, but not worth $7m/$8m/$12m a year.

I am guessing (and that is all that it is) that we have already tested trade waters and liked what we heard. From this, I presume that over the next few weeks we'll hear of several trades for draft picks. Then, on draft day, we'll have more picks for filling holes.
