Rolle is a top 10 corner, sorry guys but Smoot isn't quite there yet. More like top 15.

If Smoot and Rolle are both looking for the same money, Rolle is the better player therefore the better value.

Don't forget Williams coached Rolle and probably feels he's a better fit in his defense. That's the only thing that's making me feel ok about this deal.

If Williams wants Rolle and we have to let Smoot walk, I'm ok with that if that's what Coach Williams wants. Nobody can question his ability to put together a top notch defense.
