What a great thing to bring Marcus on board as a free agent last year. He is such a terrific player and obviously this is someone with the "all for one and one for all" spirit that makes a team a winner. Thanks for posting this Jamaican Skin.

I can't say enough good things about Coach Gibbs. He's a great guy, a great coach and a great motivator. We all wish we could have given him more victories this year. But I think what we went through this year will make us better next year. Playing for our defensive coordinator Coach Williams is great. We kind of run that old Buddy Ryan defense and Coach Williams is a warrior. Sometimes we wanted to give him a helmet and shoulder pads and let him get out there. That's how intense he is on game days. But it's great playing for a guy like that because he turns us loose and lets us play.
