I do hope people recall that Shanahan was borderline as a coach his last two seasons in Denver, and one might say the last 3 seasons. Sub 500 record the last 36 games. If he didnt inherit our defense, Id really be concerned this year as well. Anyone realize that he was ranked 30th and 28th in 2008 and 2007 in defensive pts allowed, respectively? And this team does not have the offense to offset that type of point differential, and what is being done to avoid that?? Larry Johnson and a career backup guard that wouldnt even get a starting spot on 90% of teams? Come on now, this has to make some fans in Redskin Nation a little uneasy.
