The National Guard
The Department of Education
All of the Alphabet spy agencies
All subsidies
All foreign aid

I'd sell off Fannie, Freddie, and GM
I'd nationalize the Federal Reserve

If I needed any more money, I'd make Congress pay their back taxes. While I'm at it, I'd drug test them and give them random breathalizers too. Just to eff with em.
