The indoor tanning tax, really makes me think we are going to have a significant taxes or all out bans on tobacco, alcohol, sugar, trans fat oils, and “un-healthy” foods and unsafe activities within the next 20 years.

Maybe there will be less 25 year old chicks walking around with that gap between their boobs looking like elephant skin!

They have an unlimitted door to tax you as much as they want (they call it a fee) but if your read this starting in 1014 (when this plan really kicks in) they can increase this fee all they want to pay for providing health care.

For any policy year beginning after September 30, 2014, the dollar amount is equal to the sum of: (1) the dollar amount for policy years ending in the preceding fiscal year, plus (2) an amount equal to the product of (A) the dollar amount for policy years ending in the preceding fiscal year, multiplied by (B) the percentage increase in the projected per capita amount of National Health Expenditures, as most recently published by the Secretary before the beginning of the fiscal year.
