Many people go to Redskin games not to watch the game; in fact many people would not be able to name three Redskin players. They go there to "be seen there". As long as that is the case - and it will be as long as Danny Boy and any future onwer invites "A-List celebs and politicos" to be in the owners' box, the Skins will be a hot ticket. Hell, if the fans in this town were ready to mutiny, they would have already done it after about 15 years with one playoff appearance and a boatload of losing seasons.

But the celebs and high society are taking over the sports stadiums and arenas across the country........a lot of corporations get all the good seats leaving the TRUE FAN to sit in the nose bleed sections. The Spurs are one of the few exceptions, the season ticketholders are the REAL FANS and the corporations are in the minority.....although the floor and a few courtside seats are for the influential and corporate folks.....it's mostly real people who fill up the arena........
