Re: Five Redskins Most Likely To Improve

LaRon Landry's play and confidence plummeted under Zorn's horrible coaching staff. Since G. Williams left, the secondary and Landry took the biggest hit when they lost their vocal leader. They missed Williams on the sidelines barking out the secondary changes on the fly right up the snap. It was missing a respected (sometimes hated) leader that ensured the players were playing the proper technique and disciplined play.
Bringing back that confidence in the way our DB;s play is the key. I am not talking run your mouth confidence/cockiness, I am talking about the players being confidant in where they are supposed to be, in what in what they are doing and the ability to rely on each other. That was all lost under Blache/Zorn.
With a new attacking scheme and a much improved coaching staff, LaRon and our secondary has the biggest chance to show immediate improvement without adding another player. Our secondary has the talent to be much better than what they showed the last two years.
The Landry and Rogers haters will be surprised.
