The Steelers could release him and he wouldnt even get a sniff from another team. If The Steelers were confident in him, they wouldnt have traded for Leftwich. Dixon is a guy Tomlin likes. but keep in mind, between injuries and years as a back up, his legs are much fresher with much lower miles than Donovan McNabb. in fact, i'd MUCH rather have him as the backup in washington than INT-machine Rex.
