Anyways, I think that a lot of people grading drafts don't do it on a skew based on what they have to work with. I mean sure the Seahawks had 2 high picks, but they didn't get that just for doing badly, there are other moves which allowed/caused that.. and to count that for one team, but not for the others (aka McNabb, Jarmon, etc) seems a bit silly, thanks for paying attention to that part.
