It's called minority outreach and to people who vote for you. No one is precluding you from reaching the minorities. In fact I think you're trying to do just that. BTW, how is Steele doing in that front? I know you got the "heartland" and "real america" on lock and "the blacks" are a lost cause but what about them Hispanics?
