I know theyre not suppossed to be using them in class but everyone does.My daughter{10th grader}says theres mass texting going on during class.They hold them under the desk or in their purse.They dont need to look at the screen{unlike me}to do it.I check our phone bill records to keep her in line.I wish cell phones were banned in schools,its a huge distraction in my opinion

In Va Beach they aren't allowed during school hours. If they're out, the teacher/administrator takes them. Kids could get suspended for repeat violations.
