But yeah, I definitely agree that had this been during the last administration there would be a lot of stories about the WH's ties to Big Oil. That's neither here nor there at this point though. They could blame me for all I care, just fix the problem
Your numbers are right. In the last 3 years, BP had 760 Violations, and not just the technical kind. The guy on TV last night said that all of those violations involved a physical danger, or something being done wrong that could bring about injury, death, or environmental damage. By comparison, Exxon, who had the worst spill prior to BP, had only ONE violation in the same time frame...
