Re: What Pet Food You Use?
Working at Petsmart, in the breakroom there's a chart that identifies the grade of food you can provide dogs and cats. Here's a gist of it:
Low grade - Kibbles n Bits, Chef Michael, Cesar, Pedigree, Mighty Dog, Dog Chow, Alpo Medium Grade - Science Diet, Iams, Eukaneuba, Nutro, Beneful High Grade - Blue Buffalo, Authority, Nature's Recipe and other organic dog food. My manager used to say that feeding your dogs anything from the low grade food category, was like the equivalent of humans eating Chinese Food all the time. It's food and it gets the job done, but it's not the best for you. Personally, Science Diet seems to treat most dogs and cats pretty well. I convinced my friend to switch over from buying to store brand Walmart food, and she noticed a definite difference in her dog's poop quality and general well being.
