I'm not sure why they would need ours other than because of the drugs. Question is, where does Mexico get their drugs from? If its South America (Bolivia, Colombia, Peru), then they're probably there because they know its probably easier to transport thru Costa Rica as opposed to the Panama canal? I don't know. I'm just throwing different theories out there.
