Haynesworth fails conditioning test

The first shuttle run is the easy part its the second one after the short break that's taxing.
Its not that hard to do but if you haven't done it before you'll make it harder on yourself because you'll go too fast or too slow in some portions you need a good steady pace.

-No worries Al will get it, i think Shanahan is effing with him a little.
I bet dollars to donuts that if all the DL & OL were doing it would under the same strict adherence to the time hacks as demanded by Shanahan Albert wouldn't be the only one person held out.

Correct me if i'm wrong but didn't Smoot, Davis, Thomas and Kelly all fail the conditioning test either last year or the year prior?
