I remember Baugh or someone saying Redskin Park turned into Club Med under Norv, but it seemed to have stayed that way til Shanny came, with maybe the exception of 2001 under Schotty. My beef with AH is he made a media spectacle over this. He needed to talk to the coaches with his concern over the 3-4 scheme change and understand he was in their plans, instead he balked about it publicly and for a prolonged period of time. This headache stuff might be legit, but damn, he blows up publicly about it. It is just a cover for his laziness anymore.
