My question is, is this a good trade for me ? Should I make this trade even though it boosts his WR core ?

I would say no. If you do this you will have a starting RB and TE from the same team, not good. Jennings should outperform Nicks, Gonzalez should outperform Cooley and although Portis should be better than CW, the RB/TE same team thing hurts you and Portis doesn't bring you enough benefit to justify the trade.
