Cool, my new toy arrived a little bit ago

The first image of Bear (our cat) is semi-blurry, I didn't want to use the flash so I used a slower shutter speed. Tied to keep it still, but it didn't quite work out. I probably should have upped the ISO, that way I could have used a faster shutter speed

Spent yesterday using the automatic & scene modes (and saving in JPEG), had to get used it (I've never used an SLR of any type). Started messing around with RAW files (the second image of Bear was done in RAW) and doing more with the manual/shutter/aperture settings today.
