I had read it the other day. Now I dislike cousinvinnie less than I had before!
He has moved up the charts, barely, perceptibly, hardly noticeably, however! It was a great read. For the most part, he thought out his answers first! I always thought he was a "Yes" man. Now, I'm certain he is more of an organizer, coordinator, and manager of facts, figures, and such before he says "Yes" to LDS! You didn't really suspect he gets his paycheck from HOF Coach Gibbs did you? It is really too bad that his knees have given out on him! But, all of that crouching and groveling will do that!

I definitely thought that was an enlightening read for those people who blindly hate Vinnie. I never hated him before because I really didn't know the facts, and now I am passing my final judgement that he is more of a facilitator than someone who "makes the stupid decisions."

For those who haven't come across this: it's gives good insight on the process that the front office endures as far as aquiring and retaining players. We need more interviews like these. I'd like to hear from Greg Williams right now.
