Re: Redskins vs. Eagles Week Four

Awesome game with the Skins bringing the lumber from the get go with a much more physical mindset than I've seen displayed by this team in all 3 facets of the game in a long time. Still had some sloppy plays that could have helped us if executed properly and some others that could have easily hurt us as well. All things said, it's a nice feeling being a month into the season and on top of the NFC East with a 2-0 division record and I think there's still plenty of room to get even better. HTTR!!!!

He said he wasn't specifically calling TW out but I find that hard to believe. Regardless, from what I understand Trent wanted to play but the coaching staff said no

I didn't expect McNabb to get a standing ovation from the Philly crowd when he first came on the field. That was classy and very unlike Philadelphia fans.

I feel like the majority of Philly fans had internal discussions about it and decided this would be a good opportunity to earn some positive points. Or the majority of them actually do appreciate him now that he's not their starting quarterback.

I'm sure he will start getting more love from Philly as the years go by. It'll be hard to duplicate the kind of success he had over the years. Of course it'll all be forgotten if Philly wins a SB without him. That could definitely impact his legacy in a negative way.

I wasn't expecting the standing O either, but then they promptly booed him on the first snap so I was relieved that Philly fans hadn't totally lost their marbles.
