i think jansen and arrington will both have great comeback seasons. lavar has playmaker ability, which should result in more turnovers for us, and jansen will boost the offensive line and he is the unquestioned leader of the o line, but i think we should cut bowen. he had a couple good games last year, but we did fine without him(don't mention arrington because he is uncomparable to bowen in terms of talent) but if we did keep him i would like to see what he would be like at cornerback. or maybe they could move ryan clark or another safety to cornerback to fill smoot's void.
