Yes, that one and the one beautiful pass to Armstrong where he muffed it. I just want to see a complete game in all three phases this year. That's all I'm asking.

Better OL protection and smarter use of Moss' skill set have contributed greatly to his success this season.

That said though, Moss had a fairly solid season last year as well

Coach Kyle?

Silverback?

Coach Zorn, of the Baltimore Ravens?

I would love to see Armstrong get more catches. Yes, he dropped one, but the bomb/INT to Galloway was into double coverage. I know McNabb wants to take some shots, but that was a bad decision. I wish that kind of a pass was going to Armstrong. Even if it was, don't throw into double coverage.

Without question. Those routes take time to develop, and McNabb is able to progress through his reads. The significantly improved o-line lets us not rely solely on the check down.

Moss definitely wasn't utilized enough or properly under Zorn, but then again nothing was really done well with him.

Nothing to complain about there
Yardage should be about right in 2 months but I expect more TDs than 5. We've been going to Armstrong a lot in the end zone and if he continues to not get the job done...Moss should be targeted more.

Of course, being a Shanahan team, we may be able to run it in most of the time.

Throwing into double coverage is dumb but it was 3rd and long and it was a deep pass. The Bears probably would have had better field position if he knocked it down and we had to punt it out of bounds to avoid Hester.

With a few more accurate passes from McNabb, both Moss and McNabb's numbers would look a little more favorable. This offense reminds me of the 49ers of the 80's. It requires the QB to be as accurate as I'd like to see McNabb be.

Moss is good. That's why they need the stats beside each player. It's been too much of a popularity contest. I said in another thread there will be guys getting in who have been on IR before voting was underway and possibly Roethlisberger...

Re: Quietly having a probowl year: Santana Moss

My impression is Moss has responded very well to Shanny, McNabb and the new regime altogether. I never liked to see Moss give up in years past, but I feel like he's more consistent now.

Btw our line improving and McNabb becoming more consistent will make Moss and our downfield targets look better and better through the season. Hopefully the line heals up (Brown) and really starts to gel after the bye...we could put up some serious numbers.
