The entire organization since Snyder took over has been a disgrace.

You'll find that there are a lot of people here that will agree with your sentiments. I think we're on the right track, because I see Shanahan as a good offensive line talent evaluator, and Bruce Allen has connections to make things happen. I think the Trent Williams pick was indicative of this.
