I think part of this is that Shanahan doesn't seem to know how to deal with players with egos.

Think if Gibbs never got Riggins.
What a shame...not that I was looking forward to the drama...but c'mon...it is Randy freaking MOSS plus an extra draft pick for nothing but cash in a no cap year!
Pretty bad.
