Dude...I am a soda freak. Conservatively, I'd say I drink anywhere in the neighborhood of 130 oz a day of diet coke. Too put that in perspective that's almost 11 cans of soda. That's a crazy amount of sugar when you think about it. Once I stopped drinking regular that was like 2000 cals off my plate.
