Eagles Questions for Tony McGee

When i watch teams like the Patriots, Saints, Packers and Texans they all use their TEs and a big part of their passing offenses.
Yet i don't see how their TEs are that much more talented then our tandem of Chris Cooley and Fred Davis.
Why do you think Chirs and Fred haven't been used together more often as a part of the passing offense when our WRs outside of Tana and Armstrong have been struggling?
