Time to move up some practice squad players

As little of production as the Skins are getting out of Galloway AND R.Williams, I'd say cut both and bring up whatever WR's we have on the PS.

What troubles me most is at any other position if someone is not producing they are benched, ie; McNabb, Haynesworth, RB's that have come and gone. But Galloway who produces so little is allowed to suit up week in and week out. How about treating Galloway like one of the other WR's or RB's that have come and gone and cut him.
