yeah, thats how i did it the first time for 2 straight years without a single drag. i declared war on cigarettes, really pissed me off that a foreign chemical had more control over my body than i did. you def need the proper mindstate. i had it at one time, had it again for my second attempt but the chemical won.

I told my wife when we had our daughter I would quit smoking. Our daughter is alomost 4 and I quit smoking about 9 months ago. You have to be ready to quit or your waisting your time.
