I have no problem with a direct approach.....but
You and I both know calling out your boss to his peers or his superiors will rarely go well. While it is may be the entertaining and the jusified choice, He'll be looking for a new position either way. And the PC BS that corporate America indulges in makes it hard to shake the label of "NON-team player". It's hard to tell the truth anymore for sure....a little diplomacy?
