I think Shanny wanted to give a playoff run a shot this year. Now that it is obvious that is not going to happen I am hopeful that this will begin a major overhaul for the whole team. I don't think Snyder brought Shanny in here for one year. It's not like we are throwing away a winning team, we didn't have much to start with as it is. All I have to say is this.
