A lawyer for one of the big conservation groups (a national one) lives two doors away from me. I asked her what her organization would do if they heard that the Redskins wanted a variance here. She said she figured they could tie it up in litigation and regulatory red tape for at least 5 years.

Nothing like some f%^$er telling someone what they can and can't do with their property.
