The difference between Mcnabb and Grossman is Rex is much better in the redzone. Mcnabb could put it up and down the field but could'nt punch it in.

the number of times an open guy was missed was extremely frustrating

Whenever I said McNabb was inconsistent, missed the open man and under threw receivers before he got benched, people looked at me like I had an arm growing out of my head. I didn't think my opinion was THAT far fetched.


Seriously. McNabb is just not that great. I don't even think he's really starting material unless it was with a team with a lot of weapons around them. If he's with a team in rebuilding mode, be prepared for a lot of struggles.

I know at least one football analyst that would agree with you. Unfortunately our FO decided to make a fairly big gamble on McNabb.
