Rogers may be kept, but for minimum, I really think the skins will push hard to get Pittsburgh steeler corner Ike Taylor.
Sellers is usless IMO
ditto for Wilson, and about more than half of the other guys on that list.

Dougthy needs to go. He is injury prone, and exposed in coverage badly.

Keep Rex but go hard after Mallet, because all the other QB's in this draft are going to be busts IMO. Locker is more of a risk than a reward.

Don't go after Andy Dalton. He doesn't have the arm or the right decision making process to succeed in the NFL. Plus he comes from the spread option offense. Tell me the last good QB to come out of that offense is?
