I'll guarantee you that Vince Young will have no problems next season. And he didn't go above and beyond trying to develop him after benching him after 2 seasons. Now Alex Smith, that's one person where the coaches went above and beyond (7 years) trying to develop him into an NFL QB.

So all of his problems to date can be attributed to Fisher not wanting to draft him?
