So true. you just have to watch Super Size Me to see the affects of eating that garbage every day.

On Friday I was in rush on my lunch hour because my hair cut took to long, I buckled and bought a McChicken small fry and a cheeseburger. I made it through the fries and chicken sandwich and one bite of the cheeseburger I seriously felt like complete crap the rest of the day and I am no health buff.

I always say McDonald's is the world's High School cafeteria. They both have the same quality of food, awful!
