The "Non-verbal, hand gesture" is that synonymous with doing the "hand jive"?

Folks keep talking about the schemes Fat Albert wont play in....maybe we should take a more positive approach and look at the scheme that he really wants:

THE 1 Scheme

I'm thinking that the guy who gave AH the finger may not have done it because AH was tailgating him. The guy may simply be a Redskins fan who recognized AH when the vehicles were close together.

I don't know what all the fuss is about. I like football players with a nasty side. This isn't golf.

This guy is just looking to cash in. I don't know about you but if I have an issues with someone and when they get out of the car standing 6'6" I'm getting the hell out of there. I'm not rolling down my window to chat.

Re: How Did We Go This Long Without A New Haynesworth Thread?

I thought as a result of the Andre Gurode incident a few years back, AH was subjected to a course in "anger management", a course designed to help harness a sometimes out of control demeanor. Either he failed the course, or the course failed him and he continues to make story lines.

Re: How Did We Go This Long Without A New Haynesworth Thread?

44ever:

"Crossthreading" is taking something from one thread on a discussion board and inserting it into a different thread on that discussion board.

Here the "crossthreading" is the lawsuit by Danny Boy against City Paper and inserting it here as a means by which Danny Boy can get Phat Al to play hard for the Skins. If you don't like "crossthreading" call it a "lame attempt at humor".

Longtimefan:

Indeed Haynesworth did take an anger management course back then. I don't know that it is that the course failed him or that he failed the course. Haynesworth has a long history of anger management "issues" and the idea that a single course of a couple weeks' duration can provide a lifetime immunity from any longstanding psychological "issue" is "wildly optimistic".

The course seemed to work for him for a while. Now it appears to be something that has receded into his dim memory instead of being "front and center" in his mind.

Albert better be gone soon . Snyder also said that he was a disappointment. I'm glad he realizes that and somehow manages to get picks for him!!!

Albert Haynesworth reports to Reston District police station
By Mike Jones

Washington Redskins defensive tackle Albert Haynesworth appeared with his attorney at the Reston District Police station around 10 a.m. today, according to the Fairfax County Police Department's Information Office.

Haynesworth, 29, was interviewed by officers, signed what is called a releasable warrant that charged him with assault in conjunction with the alleged road rage altercation he had with a fellow driver on Feb. 2.

Haynesworth then was free to leave. He will appear in Fairfax County Criminal Court at 9:30 a.m. on March 31.
