Fed Ex isnt really in a neighborhood, its an exit off the beltway. Its in PG County and certain parts of that county can be dicey. RFK is in NE DC and that really is a neighborhood. I wouldnt want to walk around there at night when nothing is going on but on a game day it was fine.
