There a decent crop of 2nd tier RBs whom I would consider sleepers...look to last year, Blunt and Ivory were the top rookie RBs and neither were drafted.
This year is prime in the RBs department to pull a Shanny special, even though some of those "sleepers" look to be moving up on boards from what im hearing.
