Cliffnotes: JC should have never been drafted by us to start with. Especially in the first round expecting him to be NFL starting potential.
I agree with everything in your post except "Gibbs was a fool". There are no circumstances that would ever make that an accurate statement.

If you listen to most scouting reports out there this year it appears that a lot of the QB's in this draft are really 2nd round talent that may get pushed up into the 1st round because of QB needy teams.
