When it comes to his production his best season was 58 completion %, 21 tds, 2800 yards passing, and 11 ints. Those numbers aren't bad but far from stellar. I think what Smoot is trying to tell you is that without Locker, that team wouldn't have been remotely close to .500 record. His WRs and OL sucked, and he pretty much carried that team.
