Good stuff, though I wish he had spoken more about the difference between what he saw under Cerrato/Zorn to Allen/Shanahan

Interesting that he credited ownership and management for recognizing talent to win the Super Bowl (according to Hunter)..it's what Vinny said all along!

But he's right that it's more than just talent, without any chemistry talent doesn't matter.

I do sense that the culture is changing though from the dark years of Vinny and Jimmy.

This isn't really even knew though, even back in the 80s there were similar observations, according to some former players I've talked to.
